You can receive a referral bonus from EdTheory, LLC for helping us sign a fully executed client contract service agreement contract. To receive the referral bonus, the following criteria must be met.

• Client referrals must be submitted directly via a call or an e-mail to info@edtheory.com.
• Client referrals need to include the following information.
  • Name and current position of the client key contact person.
  • A valid telephone number or an active e-mail address of the client contact person.
  • The referrer’s full name and contact information.
• The referred client cannot be a current or former customer of EdTheory, LLC.
• Clients that are already in the EdTheory database, but have not been in contact with, or been contacted by us within a 1- year period prior to the referral are eligible for our referral program.
• Referred client must sign the company agreement with EdTheory, LLC within three months of the date of referral to qualify for the program.
• Bonuses for eligible candidates placed in a full-time/direct-hire capacity will be paid after the guarantee period has expired and invoices have been paid.
• Bonuses for signed client partnership will be paid after one of our full-time employees has worked a total of 30 days at the client site.
• Referrer must agree not to refer the same client to another party while any of our employees is on assignment with the referred client.
