Employee Speak
- Positive and Supportive environment Pros:I have worked for EdTheory for 2 years. During that time i have always felt supported and a valued employee. Manasi Siddha (HR) and EJ Cruz (Sr. Special Ed. Recruiter) have been very kind and helpful every step of the way. This team will be on your side and assist you if you prefer a different position without any hesitation. They have made everything easy and I value my time with EdTheory. My mom passed last year and the team was also incredibly understanding through that as well. Thank you EdTheory! Cons:I have no complaints or concerns.Special Education Teacher in Riverside, CA 9/23/2024
- Great Organization for Travel Teachers Unlike a lot of Education Staffing companies out there, EdTheory is a non-profit. I was supported through the process of obtaining licensure in a new state. Whenever I had issues or emergencies, management was quick to respond. I worked traditional school hours and was paid a nice hourly wage. I also like the fact that there were options in terms of school location and student populations. I would highly recommend working here. Pros: Flexible, Good Pay, Work-Life Balance Cons: no paid holidays or sick daysSpecial Education Teacher 9/14/2024
- Enjoyed my time with the company I didn’t have any problems working with EdTheory. I enjoyed the schools that I was placed at to work. They were very helpful and understanding of the school placements when I told them that the schools were too far from my home they adjusted for something that was closer to me and I really appreciated that. Overall, EdTheory is a good company to work for and I recommended.Instructional Assistant 9/14/2024
- Amazing Staffing Agency that makes sure that you have a work life balance EdTheory is a staffing agency you could never asked for, they support your well-being and make sure that you are happy in your work place. They were there to support from the start and through out your journey as Special Education Teacher. They make sure that you are well compensated. Aside from that they do sponsor H1B Visa as your stepping stone for Greencard. Once you landed here, it doesnt stop there but rather they make sure that you are coping with the transition smoothly. I am blessed that I found them as my staffing agency. They make my American Dreams come true! Pros: They have everything you are looking for a staffing agency, they are expert on what they do. - Great place for aspiring SLPs I worked as a Tele-Speech Language Pathologist at Ed-Theory . My experience with Ed Theory has been incredibly rewarding on both a professional and personal level. Ed Theory prioritizes employee well-being by offering competitive compensation packages, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work arrangements. Besides this, the company covered CEU expenses, ASHA and CA license fees. I wholeheartedly recommend Ed Theory to both aspiring and seasoned professionals looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve.Speech Language Pathologist 2/23/2024
- Assignments not consistent I had wonderful assignments, but they were not consistent. When traveling teacher assignments were over, they would leave you without the ability to remain where you were because they did not provide work; therefore, one would lose money if they did not have a place to stay. I felt unsupported by Ed Theory. Pros: Long term assignments Cons: unsupportive, non conpensation for moving to different locations.Teacher 2/19/2024
