Cons:Clarity in the arrival for the necessary documents. We lost a bit of time asking for some forms that the employer could give us in the first visit, Advice to Management:In the arrival of the employees, the documents should be delivered when the first visit occurs, like the I-9 form.

- Special Education TeacherGreat Organization for Travel Teachers Unlike a lot of Education Staffing companies out there, EdTheory is a non-profit. I was supported through the process of obtaining licensure in a new state. Whenever I had issues or emergencies, management was quick to respond. I worked traditional school hours and was paid a nice hourly wage. I also like the fact that there were options in terms of school location and student populations. I would highly recommend working here. Pros: Flexible, Good Pay, Work-Life Balance Cons: no paid holidays or sick days

They were very helpful and understanding of the school placements when I told them that the schools were too far from my home they adjusted for something that was closer to me and I really appreciated that. Overall, EdTheory is a good company to work for and I recommended.

They were there to support from the start and through out your journey as Special Education Teacher. They make sure that you are well compensated. Aside from that they do sponsor H1B Visa as your stepping stone for Greencard. Once you landed here, it doesnt stop there but rather they make sure that you are coping with the transition smoothly. I am blessed that I found them as my staffing agency. They make my American Dreams come true! Pros: They have everything you are looking for a staffing agency, they are expert on what they do. Cons: Couldn’t think any at this moment.

The hiring process was so easy, it was hard to believe that they offered to fairly commensurate my salary! Full benefits, 401k, health plan, VSP and dental are all included as well. Cons:Not guaranteed work, the District can fire you at any time. Advice to Management:Maybe meet in-person rather than virtual or have more social gatherings or professional developments for Special Ed. Teachers.
