Education and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.
- A valid driving license.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services.
- Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors and design positive behavior intervention plans (PBIPs).
- Analyze data and monitor client progress to make informed adjustments to treatment plans.
- Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate delivery of intervention plans.
- Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure cohesive and consistent interventions across clinic settings.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for assessment of services, treatment plan reviews, and service authorizations.
- Manage client and Behavior Technician schedules as necessary.
- Keep families and caregivers informed about client progress and program updates.
