Make a Difference Where It Matters Most. EdTheory is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our growing school-based team in California.
 
In this rewarding full-time, year-round role, you’ll help K-12 students overcome social, emotional, and behavioral challenges while partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful, lasting outcomes. If you’re passionate about empowering students and making a positive impact in schools every day, we’d love to hear from you.
 
Qualifications
  • Current California MHC credential/licensure or a clinical license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), such as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and treatment planning skills
  • Passion for supporting student mental health and academic success
