We are currently looking to hire Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Supervisors to supervise our new grad SLP/CF’s based in Lancaster, California.

Qualified SLP’s with a passion to mentor and guide new grads can work as Independent Contractor in a consultant capacity, with a potential to start supervising 1 RPE/CF and go up to 3 in a year (as per the guidelines of California Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold a valid CA SLP license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • 2 years of school-based experience
  • Have updated Professional Development CEUs in supervision prior to beginning supervision: Initial 6 hours and 3 hours every other 4 years thereafter. Assistance for taking CEUs will be provided by us, if required.

Job Requirements:

  • Provide 8 hours of direct supervision per month for each full-time RPE and 5 to 10 hours direct supervision per week for each part-time RPE
  • Provide direct and indirect support, supervision and mentoring to RPE/CF’s.
