Cons:Wish they were more transparent with the school districts that I was working at in terms of caseload, commute, etc.

Cons:Clarity in the arrival for the necessary documents. We lost a bit of time asking for some forms that the employer could give us in the first visit, Advice to Management:In the arrival of the employees, the documents should be delivered when the first visit occurs, like the I-9 form.
