Adaptive Physical Education Teacher
EdTheory is hiring a passionate and dedicated Adaptive Physical Education (APE) Teacher to join our expanding team in Concord, California. This role involves delivering high-quality adaptive physical education services to individuals and families, significantly improving the lives of those with developmental delays, injuries, and other conditions.
Key Qualifications and Responsibilities

Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Adaptive Physical Education or a closely related field

Hold or be eligible for current state licensure/credential as an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher

Knowledge of IEPs and ability to adapt activities to meet individual student needs

Ability to collaborate with special education teams, therapists, and school staff
